[Life in Duplicity was hard enough on it's own just by being here and existing yet ever since 'He' came here it had been ten times worse. Zack had been on edge since the day he saw that silver hair pass him by near the trains. He often visited in hopes to see Cloud again, it wouldn't be unheard of since the man had come back twice now and yet instead of seeing his lover he'd seen the man who'd almost taken his life, the man he once looked up to and called a friend; Sephiroth. When he first saw him he couldn't believe his eyes and had nearly fainted and vomited out of pure hatred and trauma from all the past memories coming back to him. He had hid and watched him from afar but the man of course had known he was there and they'd met soon after. They'd been stuck with each other ever since, Zack knew he couldn't let anyone else get close to Sephiroth. It would be a horror if they did even if this man, this whatever he was right now seemed to be the one who didn't remember the travesty of Nibelheim it was only a matter of time.]
...almost...
[His voice was softer than the chipper tone Sephiroth would be used to in the past, hardly looking at him as he stretched a little distance away from him. When he was done with his squats he looked over and caught Sephiroth tie his hair into a ponytail, that long slender neck on display and his eyes widened for a moment before he looked away, ashamed at himself for the lack of control he had. He hated that even now he still thought him beautiful. How could he think a psycho was beautiful? What did that say about him? He smacked his own cheeks to try to clear his head and retied his shoes as he went over to Sephiroth and got ready for their run.]
Okay, all set. So just a run around the park then home and I'll make us dinner.
